Chickasaw County, Mississippi
Unplug at the
water's edge
Pull up a chair on the porch. Let the lake do the talking. Davis Lake Campground is your quiet corner of the world — where the only agenda is the horizon line.
Our Story
A place that
remembers your name
Davis Lake Campground sits on the quiet, tree-lined shores of Chickasaw County — far enough from the noise to feel like a secret, close enough to civilization to still call it home.
We opened our gates with a simple belief: that the best vacations don't need a ticket, a reservation system, or a crowd. Just a pitch-perfect spot by the water, a roof overhead, and the kind of silence you haven't heard since childhood.
Whether you arrive in an RV with all the comforts or a backpack and a fishing rod, the lake doesn't care how you travel — only that you show up.
Cabin Stay
Sleep where the
pines whisper
Our five hand-built cabins are small by design — not because we skimped, but because we wanted every inch to feel intentional. Wide-plank floors. A cast-iron stove that actually warms the room. A porch swing that faces the water.
Each cabin sleeps two to four, with basic kitchenettes, fresh linens, and a bathroom with hot water heated by solar. No TV. No Wi-Fi. Just the sound of waves and the occasional owl.
- Full bath with hot water
- Kitchenette with mini-fridge
- Private porch with lake view
- Solar-heated water & lighting
- Fire pit & seating area
